How the Program Works:
This is your very own personalized training program. This is a private training opportunity delivered as private training sessions. You have up to 20 weeks to complete all of your training sessions. You may schedule one session a week or one session every other week. This program is designed to work with your schedule.
The private training sessions are held over a teleconference line. You and Dr. Shauntel will mutually agree on a day and time to schedule your private training sessions. The private training sessions are available Monday-Thursday 9 a.m.-4 p.m. (EST). They must be scheduled in advance.
Coach Training Support Package:
1) Weekly Accountability Check-Ins:
You will receive a weekly accountability email to ensure that you are staying on track.
2) Supervised Coaching Practicums:
You will have an opportunity for Dr. Shauntel to supervise four live practicums (coaching practice) with you and your practice client (to be used during your training program). She will provide you with specific, and supportive feedback regarding your coaching skills. Your coaching practicums must be scheduled in advance.
3) Unlimited E-Mail Coach Mentoring During Your Program:
You will have access to unlimited e-mail coach mentoring while you are completing any additional certification requirements, completing your homework assignments and any self-study materials.
4) Opportunity for 5 Laser Coaching Sessions:
You will have an opportunity to receive a five 15 minute laser coaching sessions, related to your coaching skills or business building. These are powerful laser focused coaching sessions, that will address any specific needs you have, or if you get stuck at any time during your program. These are designed to help you stay inspired, on track, and motivated to succeed. The laser coaching sessions can be scheduled as needed.
5) Four Live Post-Graduate Coach Mentoring Sessions:
You will have an opportunity for live coach mentoring after your program has ended. Sessions are held for 30 powerful minutes. This opportunity is for any additional inspiration, motivation or guidance that is needed. You will also have an opportunity to brainstorm, and receive advice and ideas. Sessions are completed over a telephone conference line, and must be used within 6 months of completing your program (If you use one call a month you will have six months of continuous live coaching support after your training and certification program has ended). The session must be scheduled Monday-Thursday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (EST). The session must be scheduled in advance.
6) Six Month E-Mail Coach Mentoring Package After Your Program Has Ended:
This program includes access to 6 months of unlimited e-mail coach mentoring after your last training day has ended for any additional questions, mentoring, motivation, support or guidance needs you may have.
