All online/recorded classes begin on a specific date and end on a specific date. Your class will be available beginning the same day every week. You will listen to your class and read your modules at a time that is convenient for you within that week.

All teleclasses meet at the same day, and at the same time every week.

The online and teleclass programs have limited space for 10 coaching students only. Class space is limited so that any needed personalized attention from the trainer can be provided.
