Success Articles > Spirituality Can Be CPR to Your Coaching Business

Integrating faith into business is extremely important to me. If it wasn't for faith I would have probably given up before I got started. I believe that God has purposed us all to do different things and one of the things he has purposed me to do is to teach spirit-driven individuals how to have a faith-driven business, now this is not for everyone. It is for those who desire it.

If things aren't working in your coaching business the way you desire them to, that doesn't mean it is time for you to quit your coaching business. For example, you prepare for months and months for a product launch only for it to generate little to no interest. Or you attend a powerful life shifting online training, seminar or weekend event, and you work diligently to implement what you have learned, only to realize it didn't create the financial explosion you were expecting. Or you have a winning idea only to feel frustrated with the marketing results. Or you simply don't know how to do what needs to be done to manifest the success you desire. Those things happen.

So if you are thinking about quitting please keep reading this article. Many successful coaches will tell you that at one time or another they felt like giving up. But those same successful coaches will also tell you that they are so glad that they didn't. So what can happen for you if you refuse to give up? You have to keep moving forward, even if that means moving forward with tears running down your face. At least you are moving forward, right?

One of the things I have learned in business is the time you want to give up is the time that you should push forward stronger than ever. If you know that God has called you to the coaching profession then don't let quitting be an option for you. There are some things you can do to fuel the success of your coaching business, but quitting is not one of them. This article will cover five of them. These five business spiritual success strategies can transform your business and bank account.

1. Are you only focusing on what you feel are failures?

All of us in business have things that work and things that don't work. It's just a part of business. But just because something didn't work doesn't mean you are a failure, or that your coaching business is a failure. So if you feel like you are a failure you are not. And if you have been calling yourself a "failure" please stop it right now. Your words have creative power. I believe that failure is feedback and not a setback. It gives you an opportunity to find out what worked, what didn't work, and what you need to do differently. You were born to be successful so focus on that and not your failed attempts.

2. Are you really doing what you are passionate about and purposed to do? Does your business model resonate with you? Does it feel right for you? Or are you simply doing what other people feel you should be doing?

Those are critical questions because those things can mean success is being blocked or pulled toward you. If you are not passionate about your business, out of purposeful alignment, and not doing what makes you feel happy, fulfilled, and rewarded, how are you going to be successful at it? You probably won't have the inspiration needed to be creative or to take the necessary action to manifest the results you desire and deserve.

3. Are you showing appreciation and gratitude or constantly complaining?

Do you find yourself being grateful for your business or are you constantly complaining day after day? Showing gratitude is not just important in life but it is also important in business. Being thankful for the small things business related can manifest more things for you to be thankful for in your business. Maybe you didn't get the big contract you were hoping for, but maybe you were blessed with two new leads, or something else positive in your business.

Maybe you didn't have a $10,000.00 month but you had a $2,000.00 month. That is still progress. Continue to take action and show gratitude for the amazing things that have happened in your business, and doors of opportunity can continue to open wide open for you.

4. Do you need a shift in your mindset?

Your mindset is important to the success of your coaching business. Take any limitations off of your thinking. A limited mindset can keep you stuck in a cycle that you don't want to be in. What you keep in your mind will eventually show up in your business. So you want to make sure your mindset is in alignment with the business results you desire.

And you should have big business dreams. Small business dreams don't serve you anymore. Why dream small as it relates to your business? It doesn't cost a dime to formulate a vision in your mind, so why not formulate the biggest vision possible? Why not dream the biggest dream possible? And then believe it can happen for you. It has happened for many coaches, so why can't it happen for you? It can!

5. Are you trusting God's plan for your business or your own plan?

Are you seeking the spiritual way of getting things done and following divine guidance? Or are you trusting your own ideas without seeking divine wisdom? While your ideas may be good, there is a difference between a good idea and a God idea. Seeking divine wisdom and guidance through meditation and prayer can prove to be very beneficial for you and for your business. There is no reason why we have to try to figure out things on our own when God is there to help us. And that includes in business.
