"For many years I struggled with my weight because of unhealthy habits, stress, and because I didn't know how to cope with the pain of losing loved ones. I ate to try to fill the hole in my heart only to realize that I couldn't eat the pain away. I had to learn how to control my weight and not let my weight control me. Once I learned how to master my mindset I began to see changes occur in my thinking, in my habits, and on the scale. I took my power back from food, and it feels phenomenal! I created this program because I know that I am not the only one who has faced or faces the weight issue."


What Is Weight Success?
Weight success refers to the achievement and maintenance of a healthy body weight through sustainable lifestyle change, adopting positive lifestyle habits, and enhancing overall well-being and vitality. It involves reaching a weight that supports overall well-being, improves health outcomes, and enhances one's quality of life. Weight success is not solely focused on the number on the scale but emphasizes holistic health and a positive relationship with food, one's body, and self-image.


Self-Esteem and Weight Success:

A strong connection exists between self-esteem and confidence in the context of weight success, as individuals with higher levels of self-esteem tend to approach their weight loss journey with a positive and determined mindset.
Building self-esteem and fostering confidence can greatly impact weight success, as individuals who believe in their ability to overcome challenges and setbacks are more likely to stay committed to their goals and maintain healthy habits.
Self-esteem and confidence are vital factors in body acceptance during the weight success process, as individuals who feel more positive about their bodies are better equipped to make sustainable lifestyle changes and develop a healthier relationship with food and exercise.


Is Becoming a Certified Weight Success Coach For You? 

As a Certified Weight Success Coach you will inspire and empower those you are called to serve to break through what is standing in between them and their weight success. You can assist others to set goals and work through roadblocks, barriers, and challenges to weight success. You will also help them to design an action plan for continued success. You can be a blessing in the lives of others by inspiring them to achieve their weight success goals. 

You will assist your clients with TOTAL transformation in their lives. You will empower them to focus and stay focused during and after the time they are working with you. You will also help clients with developing healthier habits, long-term weight management strategies, and lifestyle changes that lead to a healthier way of living. You will address eating habits, internal blocks to achieving weight loss goals, and personal motivation. You will use coaching strategies to assist others with weight success. 


This is a Mind-Body Transformation Program:

Individuals need to understand that what shows on the scale is not always the most important goal, but the internal strategies for weight success are important as well. Through this inspirational coach training program you will inspire your clients to be successful from the inside out. This program addresses many of the root causes of weight issues and why certain eating behaviors exist. It addresses topics that may not be addressed in traditional weight loss or weight management programs.

According to the Centers for Disease Control obesity is a cause of preventable death, and is a "natural epidemic causing higher medical costs and a lower quality of life". The Centers for Disease Control also notes "Healthy weight loss isn't just about a diet or program. It's about an ongoing lifestyle that includes long-term changes in daily eating and exercising habits."

This program does not focus on dieting, exercising, or nutrition, it focuses on inside-out transformation. You are not to give out any kind of diet recommendations or nutrition recommendations unless you are already qualified to do so. But you can provide accountability, education, and support for the goals that your clients establish.

Trainer's Experience:

Dr. Shauntel Peak-Jimenez has previous work experience as a weight loss counselor. She also has advanced coach certifications in the weight loss and wellness areas.

She also worked as a corporate onsite Nurse and a Nurse Case Manager where she educated, consulted, and coached employees and patients on weight-related topics, health and wellness issues and healthy lifestyle living. She also worked with human resource professionals, CEO's and insurance companies regarding employee health and wellness and cost- effectiveness for the employer.
